drop or are withdrawn by Ventana del Soul must pay a percentage of the tuition

Students may expect to receive their refunds for training courses within four
to six weeks from the 1st class day. Tuition refund amounts are based on the
deadlines listed on the registration calendar, less any debt owed to Ventana
del Soul. Classes that are one (1) day long must be dropped before the class
starts for any type of refund to occur. Ventana del Soul's refund policy is
100% prior to the weekday before the first class day. Refunds are not available
for Entry Level Training Courses once classes begin.
Refunds for credit card payments will appear as a credit on your monthly credit
card statement. You are responsible for interest charged to the credit card
account while the refund is processed. Dropping or withdrawing from any class
may affect financial aid or veterans' benefits. See your caseworker for assistance
before making changes. Refunds for tuition paid by personal check are processed
no sooner than four weeks after the receipt of the check and are mailed to the
address on file.
Attendance Policy
Students are expected to attend all training classes, laboratories, fieldtrips,
and practicals and have full responsibility for accounting to their instructor
for absences. Make-up work may be allowed at the discretion of the instructor.
Any student who has missed more than 20 percent of the training from the first
day of classes in a course will not receive credit for the course. The student
will be withdrawn from the training course by the instructor when he/she has
been absent more than 20 percent of the class hours scheduled. Once a student
has been withdrawn from a training course all completed work, certifications,
and references are forfeited. Students must complete the total number of training
hours required by the course in order to graduate from the training course.
