About Ventana del Soul
 Ventana
del Soul's Mission is to provide foodservice and culinary arts training and
vocational mentoring to underemployed youth and adults so that they can build
a career, attain financial stability and establish a higher quality of life
as active citizens.
Teaching and Practicing Values
All programs are based on the 40
Developmental Assets (Assets). Studies have found the Assets to be catalysts
of positive change in Individuals, Organizations and Communities. The Assets
help to empower individuals to create a sense of centeredness, purpose and focus
- nurturing the qualities that guide positive life choices. (see The

Adult Vocational Training (ages 18+)
Monday - Friday 6:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Community Service (ages 18+)
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Young Adult Vocational Training (ages 16-25)
Monday - Friday 4:00 p.m. - Curfew
Positive Community Service for Youth (ages 10-17)
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
* Adult students are not permitted on campus during youth program hours
